Our products are marketed in an open international market, so Law 19,496 on the Protection of Consumer Rights does not apply and we do not receive sanctions for this concept.
Codelco workers
We have documents that guide our actions on labor rights, including guidelines on maternity, harassment prevention, diversity and inclusion, and contractor management. In 2024, we faced 116 labor protection lawsuits, with no rulings against us, and we paid 39 fines due to inspections.

Environment
The Environmental Management System, certified under ISO 14001, guides our actions to comply with regulations, prevent pollution, and minimize impacts on biodiversity and heritage. In 2024, we obtained three new Environmental Qualification Resolutions (RCAs), initiated five and closed one. We faced five environmental sanctioning proceedings at various stages of evaluation, with no fines paid during the period.
